Oublier Reef is one of the outer barrier reefs visited by live-aboard trips from Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays.

Oublier reef is a reef with a size of approximately 8 by 6 kilometers. Little Oublier Reef can be found slightly northeast of it while a very small reef, named Just Magic on Reef 19-119, is found slightly to the east. There are huge walls, deep and shallow dives and beautiful 2m wide pieces of plate coral. Fish life is diverse and numerous and since this section of the Great Barrier Reef is much less visited than those near Cairns, it is unspoiled and remote. Snorkelers as well a divers can have a great time here.
