As you enter the water at Fly Point you are greeted by hundreds of Bream. This dive site has a maximum depth of 18m where you dive among a number of ledges. Hidden under and among the ledges are schools of fish. This dive is extremely popular – get in early on the weekends if you want to park near the entry. Entry is via some concrete stairs, complements of the Port Stephens Council.

Fly Point is a great dive site. It is part of the Port Stephens Great Lakes Marine Park and is a No Take zone (No fishing, spearing, collecting). Max depth is actually 27m .
