Stepping Stones is a dive site on Bait Reef. It actually is a set of more than 18 flat-topped coral heads of which some reach the surface during low tide. Each of them a bit lower than the other, they form a sort of Stepping Stones, beautiful covered in plate corals and staghorn coral and surrounded in fish. Snorkeling on top of the 'stones' is a great experience.
