                                                                                        6. Flinders Reef : Brisbane's only true coral reef is Flinders Reef, located just northwest of Cape Moreton.
                                                                                        7. Gotham City : Gotham City or Emperors Tomb is known for its huge granite pinnacle rising from substantial depths towards 22 meter deep.

                                                                                        1. Bass Point : Bass Point, a small peninsula just south of Shellharbour, Kiama, is known as a great habitat for grey nurse sharks.
                                                                                          1. Arch, Cave : The Arch and Cave offer a nice swimmthrough, archway and cave where grey nurse sharks can be spotted.

                                                                                          4. Three Sisters : Three Sisters consists out of a set of three bommies bisected with sandy channels.
                                                                                          5. Windara Banks : The Windara Banks is a huge rocky outcrop, by divers often compared with Ayers rock in the ocean.

                                                                                          2. Barge : The Barge is one of Forster's most popular shark dives with sights of up to 40 grey nurse sharks each dive.
                                                                                          3. Bennets Head Bommy : At dive site Bennett's Head Bommy you can find all sorts of marine life, kelp forests and crustaceans.
                                                                                          4. Black Head Reef : Dive site Black Head Reef is diving at a small reef known for its huge amounts and diversity of nudibranchs.
                                                                                          5. Colours : Three coral bommies and its many colorful inhabitants have named this spot the Colours.
                                                                                          6. Haydens Rock : Haydens Rock is a beautiful shore dive site for beginners as well as advanced scuba enthusiasts.
                                                                                          7. Idol Bay : Idol Bay is known as the most, in fish, crowded dive site around Forster with all kinds of marine species.
                                                                                          8. Latitude Rock : Gutters parallel to Latitude Rock create an excellent dive site popular for crayfish and shrimp.
                                                                                          9. One Mile Gutters : One Mile Gutters is a series of nice gutters covered in kelp forests.
                                                                                          10. Pinnacles : The Pinnacle is a deep single coral head rising towards the surface with a mind-blowing amount of fish.
                                                                                          1. Julian Rocks : Julian Rocks is one of the best reserves in New South Wales with spectacular dive sites and numerous marine creatures.
                                                                                            1. Cod Hole : The Cod Hole is a great cave also suitable for non cave specialists with many large fish such as jewfish, grouper and cods.
                                                                                            2. Cray Cave : The Cray Cave is a narrow cave, or actually narrow swimthrough, often inhabited with crabs and lobsters.
                                                                                            3. Cray Crag : Those interested in crayfish and shrimp should visit the dive site and bommie Cray Crags.
                                                                                            4. Hole of Death : The Hole of Death is a very interesting volcanic hole only accessible in good weather and quiet seas.
                                                                                            5. Hugo's Trench : Hugo's Trench is a rough dive site surrounded with steep walls, many large fish and a strong surge.
                                                                                            6. MoHole : The nice horizontal cave Mohole is often reached by divers after succeeding a pretty dive on the Needles.
                                                                                            7. Needles : The Needles are named after a series of bommies nicely stacked behind each other with sandy lanes in between.
                                                                                            8. Nursery : Diving at the Nursery is diving amongst juvenile fish and invertebrate life.
                                                                                            9. Split Bommie : Clouds of fish can be found while diving at Split Bommie, a popular dive site for novice divers.

                                                                                                1. Port Stephens : Port Stephens and Nelson Bay are great getaway destinations with secluded bays, pristine beaches and many protected dive sites nearby and at its offshore islands.
                                                                                                  1. Boondelbah Island : Bondelbah Island offers quite a few dive sites of which Safety Cove is one of the best.
                                                                                                  2. Cabbage Tree Island : Cabbage Tree Island is known as it is the only place worldwide where you can find the Donut Nembrotha nudibranch.
                                                                                                  3. Fingal Island : Fingal Island is a small island close to shore with some spectacular wall dives and soft coral gardens.
                                                                                                  4. Fly Point : Bream and schools of fish are the main attraction while diving at dive site Fly Point.
                                                                                                  5. Halifax Park : Just offshore, we find dive site Halifax Park, which is home of the resident blue groper Frank.
                                                                                                  6. Little Island : Little Island, today a great diving area, but it has been used for bombing by the RAAF years ago.
                                                                                                  7. Macleay : The deep wreck Macleay struck Little Island in 1911 under the loss of fifteen lives.
                                                                                                  8. Oakland : The Oakland Wreck is an old shipwreck full of marine life which sank in 1903 during a heavy storm.

                                                                                                2. Seal Rocks : The dive sites surrounding Seal Rocks are remote but very popular by grey nurse sharks and divers around the world.
                                                                                                  1. Big Seal Rock : The gutters of Big Seal Rock are known for its diving with grey nurse sharks.
                                                                                                  2. Little Seal Rock : Little Seal Rock is one of New South Wales' primary grey nurse sharks sanctuaries.
                                                                                                  3. Skeleton Rock : Skeleton Rock is a great shore dive known for its huge southern eagle rays and several grey nurse sharks living in a nearby cavern.
                                                                                                  4. SS Catterthun : The wreck of the SS Catterthun is a very deep wreck which sank off Sugarloaf Point when it was en route from Sydney to China.
                                                                                                  5. SS Satara : The wreck of the 125 meter long wreck SS Satara is the east coast's largest wreck dive.
                                                                                                3. South Solitary Island :
                                                                                                  1. South West Rock : South West Rocks is home to Fish Rock Cave, Australia's best and largest ocean cavern dive, straight through Fish Rock.
                                                                                                    1. Aquarium : The Aquarium is a great dive full of nudibranches, turtles and juveniles.
                                                                                                    2. Bait Reef : Bait Reef is a shallow dive known for ledges and bommies full of marine fish.
                                                                                                    3. Black Rock : Shallow Black Rock is popular for its diving amongst many different kind of fish in all sizes and colors.
                                                                                                    4. Colorado Pass : The Colorado Pass is situated inside the ocean-stream and can only be dived in virtually absent current conditions.
                                                                                                    5. Fish Bommies : If you are interested in large amounts of aquatic species, dive at Fish Bommies, cramped between Shark Gutters and Fish Rock Cave.
                                                                                                    6. Fish Rock Cave : Diving Fish Rock Cave means entering a wicked, often shark-filled cave, for a length of 125 meter and exiting on the other side of Fish Rock.
                                                                                                    7. Gaol Reef : Gaol Reef, just offshore Trial Bay Gaol, offers many fish, invertebrates and crustaceans to dive with.
                                                                                                    8. Green Island : Green Island is an easy dive site popular for its many grey nurse sharks that live around the island.
                                                                                                    9. Ladies Reef : Ladies Reef is a small circular formed reef that makes an easy but beautiful dive.
                                                                                                    10. Pinnacle : This 25 meter tall pinnacle rises to within the surface providing for currents and hundreds of fish species.
                                                                                                    11. Shark Gutters : Shark Gutters is one of the most popular dive sites to spot grey nurse sharks.
                                                                                                    12. Wall : Dive site the Wall is up to 40 meter high, fierce currents and plenty of pelagic.

                                                                                                                  5. SS Nord Wreck : A deep dive on the SS Nord should be booked in advance as she is one of Tasmania's few complete shipwrecks and hard to reach.

                                                                                                                  7. Waterfall Bay : Waterfall Bay is a unique geological limestone area of caves, caverns and swimmthroughs.
                                                                                                                    1. Cathedral Cave : The huge Cathedral Cave is for experienced divers only with passageways and smaller entranced further in the cave.
                                                                                                                    2. Patersons Arch : Patersons Arch is a dive site known for its wicked canyons and swimmthroughs.
                                                                                                                  1. Albany : Albany, facing King George Sound, is considered the main port for diving and other trips in the Great Southern region.
                                                                                                                    1. Anchor Rock : Anchor Rock is a fantastic boulder dive site on the west side of Michaelmas Island.
                                                                                                                    2. Football Field : Football Field is a spectacular technical dive found just east of Breaksea Island.
                                                                                                                    3. HMAS Perth : The HMAS Perth is a huge wreck that served in Vietnam and was finally scuttled in the bay near Albany.
                                                                                                                    4. Little Beach : Little Beach is a dive site where you can find several underwater granite formations.
                                                                                                                    5. Michaelmas Island Fingers : East of Michaelmas Island is a series of granite fingers providing for an excellent marine habitat underwater.

                                                                                                                    7. Mutton Bird Island : The pretty shore dive of Mutton Bird Island is the small rocky outcrop just east of Shelter Island.

                                                                                                                  2. Bremer Bay : Bremer Bay is one of the most scenic towns on the south coast of Australia with white beaches, blue waters and several dive sites just offshore.
                                                                                                                    1. Fish Eyes : Fish Eyes is named after a rock with two holes in it resembling the sockets of a fish's eyes.
                                                                                                                    2. Sandra's F.S. : Sandra's F.S. is a huge ten meter high plate coral bommie surrounded with fish and invertebrates.
                                                                                                                  3. Dunsborough, Busselton : Dunsburough and Busselton have increased their dive fame when the HMAS Swan was scuttled in 1997.

                                                                                                                  5. Ningaloo Reef, Exmouth : Exmouth and Ningaloo Reef, the world's longest fringing reef, are known for its excellent chances to dive with whale sharks.

                                                                                                                    5. Grain Terminal : Dive site the Grain Terminal, reached from Rockingham Beach Road, is named after its nearby grain silos.
                                                                                                                    6. North Mole : North Mole is one of the most popular shore dives in North Fremantle, Perth.
                                                                                                                    7. Point Peron : Point Peron near Rockingham is one of Perth's favorite shore dives with excellent sea life and in the middle of a marine park.
                                                                                                                    8. RMS Orizaba : The RMS Orizaba was a hug ship that has been broken in several pieces and experiences huge swells and currents.
                                                                                                                    9. Saxon Ranger : The Saxon Ranger is a nice 40 meter long wreck with several access holes for safe entering and exiting.
                                                                                                                    10. Woodman Point Ammunition Jetty : For juvenile fish and muck diving, the Woodmans Point Ammunition Jetty might be great for divers.
                                                                                                                  7. Rottnest Island : Scuba divers know Rottnest Island as one of the islands where shipwrecks are numerous and diving is superb.

                                                                                                                    11. Shark Cave : Grey nurse sharks are common inhabitants around December resting inside dive site Shark Cave.
                                                                                                                    12. Swirl Reef : Swirl Reef is named after the many surface swells that leave marks of its turbulent underwater currents and surges.
